Waterfront retreat - 7BR Villa with pool & firepit

BEDROOMS:
1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, double closet, and connecting bathroom to room #2.
2. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, 55" TV, and double closet and connecting bathroom to room #1.
3. Bedroom with a (Master) KING SIZE BED, 65" TV, overlooks the backyard, and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, 50" TV, and overlooks the backyard.
5. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and 50" TV.

* Rooms 5-7 are located on the 2nd floor and have no closet, but a shared storage area - a "Sharing Closet" area.
* All bedrooms have RokuTV. No cable! Guests can use their streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

* 3.5 bathrooms

* Living room - 2 living room areas with large sectional sofas additional seating, and a TV. The second living room is by the Kitchen.

* Kitchen - Spacious kitchen with lots of storage and breakfast nook seats 4, electric stovetop, Microwave, Double sink, 2-door fridge, Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. It is also stocked with spices and coffee.

* Dining Area - Table for six (6).

* Laundry - Located by the kitchen

* Outdoor - 10 ft. pool with kiddie area, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, built-in grill, mini-fridge, mini-bar, lounge chairs, little garden, dining table, 2 hammocks, fire pit, darts, an extra garage for cars.

* Driveway - Can hold up to 8 cars. Please do not park on the grass!

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with the following devices:
1. Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording the front door/entryway, parking area, and backyard/pool area. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property.
2. A noise monitoring device is installed. This device measures noise levels only to help prevent excessive disturbances and does not record conversations or audio.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside private living spaces or bedrooms.

Pre-check-in form: Required to be filled out within 24 hours of confirming your reservation
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Registered guests only: No unauthorized visitors are permitted
No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine
No pets: $250 fine
Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
