New upgrades! Ski In, Ski Out Slopeside - Clean, cozy, warm, fabulous, hot tub.

New carpet, flooring and upholstery. Winter is just aroundthe corner, we are usually completely booked so don't delay.

Enjoy all the wonderful activities that Seven Springs has to offer in our fabulous slopeside condo. Do as much or as little as you wish in this clean well appointed home away from home. Our condo is located in the Villages subdivision and sits near the top of the Avalanche chair lift for a true ski-in, ski-out experience.
Enjoy free high speed wireless while you relax after a hard day on the slopes, or a day at the pool.
*The community hot tub and pool are outdoors and located in the Sunridge development about a 5 min walk from our condo. Both are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.*

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring your own pods.
Brand new high end mattress enhances your comfort.
Freshly painted - very clean
Enjoy covered parking and a heated ski locker all just a few steps from the unit. There is also a free shuttle bus stop very near the condo in case you want to visit the lodge, but don't want the hassle of driving. The free shuttle will take you right down to the lodge.
Linens are provided along with extra blankets and pillows.
A very nice queen size air mattress is provided that kids seem to absolutely love.
The pool and hot tub are outdoors and located in the Sunridge development about a 5 min walk from our condo. Both are open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
Don't delay because 7 springs is already having a good year and the rooms tend to fill up quickly.

Our condo is centrally located and is near Laurel Hill State Park which has a beautiful renovated beach by the lake and many great nature trails & fishing. It also is close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle State Park.

Please leave the Tower Lounge and ski locker (winter) keys on the dining room table
Please turn the heat down to 65 winter and the A/C to 80 in the summer.

Was so easy to get to the slopes. Covered parking is great when it’s snowing. Condo was very comfortable. Very clean and well organized kitchen with everything you need to make meals. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were so soft and warm.

Great ski weekend

What a great place to stay for our ski weekend. The condo is in great condition, super clean. Easy access to the slopes, really easy to ski-in/ski-out. Covered parking was key when it snowed. Will definitely be back!
