From the on-site underground car park, which also includes a bicycle storage room, you can easily reach the individual floors of the building via the passenger lift. The 2-room holiday apartment “Likedeeler 30” with a balcony has a living area of 50 square metres and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The unit is located on the ground floor. For entertainment, you can use the TV and stereo system, and free Wi-Fi is also available. In the comfortably furnished living/dining area, you’ll find a beautiful sofa with an armchair, as well as a cosy recliner. There is also a large dining table in the living area. If you’re travelling with more than two people, the pull-out sofa in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots. The kitchen, which is open to the living area, is fully equipped for self-catering with: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. You can comfortably enjoy your meals at the dining table. On warmer days, enjoy the south-facing balcony, furnished with seasonal decor. In the separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll find a double bed and a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe. The modernised bathroom features a sink, hair dryer, and toilet. For families with small children, a high chair and a cot are provided in the apartment. All guests of the building can use both the washing machine and the dryer in the basement for a fee. You can park your vehicle in the building’s underground garage in a permanently assigned parking space. You can easily reach the apartment floors by lift.
