If you decide to get a car, make sure it's a compact vehicle, and you are able to parallel park like a champ.

Being right on the waterfront and having dedicated parking is definitely a great combination that not a lot of properties have. Just for clarification for future guests, the parking space is approximately 25 feet long by 11 feet wide, which is considerably larger than a standard parking space. It’s such a perfect location, especially if you have a dog. My only note is there is no sink in the kitchen so you have to use the bathroom sink. But other than that, it’s a great spot to access the bay, the neighborhood is really beautiful and the place is well maintained!

This stay was the perfect San Diego escape with the bay view and private hot tub. Great new bathroom and living space. Loved that there were 2 bikes to ride around the mission bay trail. The host was great and made sure the parking spot was secured for our late night arrival. Ubers were very cheap to all the best places in San Diego. Stellar location. thank you for a great escape!

This was a tough review to write. Location was great! Super clean! Bed comfortable! Outdoor space was amazing and is what drew us here to begin with. But...and it is a pretty big BUT... there literally was no kitchen sink. You just cannot advertise a "chefs kitchen" when there is no running water in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of cookware. Great stove. Refrigerator even appeared. But how could we prepare a meal depending upon the bathroom sink? We unfortunately could not entertain in the backyard as planned due to lack of proper facilities. This was not a minor oversight. It was a huge omission in the property description. I feel foolish for not recognizing it in the photos...but who thinks about looking for a kitchen sink? Otherwise, the place was very nice..but cannot get over this. Thank goodness we were only staying 2 nights. Would never stay here again.
