This beachfront ocean-view condominium is perfect for your getaway to Panama City Beach! Recently renovated and located on the sixth floor, this condo boasts new stainless steel appliances, stylish coastal decor, a private washer and dryer, two spacious bathrooms, and enough sleeping room for six people. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with amazing views off the living room and master bedroom. Sunrise Beach Resort is one of the newest condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. Includes complimentary daily access to one set of beach chairs and a matching umbrella between the hours of 9am to 5pm starting March 15, 2026, to October 31, 2026!



The Space:

The luxury Gulf-facing master bedroom has a King-size bed with balcony access and a full bathroom, including a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom room has a twin over full-size bunk bed. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed. View the white sand beach and emerald green water from the living room and master bedroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and plates, glasses, and cutlery. The living room, master bedroom, and bunk room all have a TV and high-speed internet access is provided at no extra charge.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code before check-in to enter the unit.



Shared Community Features: The resort features two large swimming pools (one is heated seasonally), a children's splash area, and two hot tubs. It also offers a first-rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and extensive free weights, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Gas grills are available at the beach-level deck.



The Neighborhood:

Sunrise Beach Resort is a conveniently located condo resort that sits right on the beach in Panama City Beach. The resort is close to many popular attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Goofy Golf, and Shipwreck Island Water Park.



Getting Around:

Parking Information: Each unit has two parking spaces not assigned are conveniently located on the first four floors of the building and are included in your stay. Each parking space is $40 per stay. Vehicles must be registered to the individual condo to park in the parking garage.

Other Things to Note:

- This property has a 3-night minimum Feb - April, all other dates are 1-night minimum

- No pets allowed.

- We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.

- The door locks automatically behind you.

- Ice machine is available on level 1

- 2 Grills are available on the first floor

- The gym is located on L5 from 7am - 10pm

Clean but seating bad

Place was clean but the chairs and couch were broken down and very uncomfortable, especially for the person who had to sleep on the couch. Coffee table also seemed like it could break at any moment. We appreciate the laundry, dish soap, and trash bags they were needed. Elevators were a mess and it took 30 min. at times to get one. Beds were comfy. Loads of hot water for the giant tub. Having the pool bracelets was a plus! My only wish is there to be some beach things/ board games- it rained including hail and we had nothing to do. All in all nice room.

Maintenance is needed!!

This condo needs a serious deep clean/maintenance performed. There was hair everywhere in the bed, and the sheets were stained. We washed the sheets immediately and the stains were gone. That let me know they had not been changed. The furniture needs to be shampooed and al of it was stained and dirty. We sprayed everything with Lysol to disinfect. The front bathroom tub was clogged when someone went to take the first shower when we arrived. My husband was able to unclog it and pulled out a chunk of hair. The pull lever to turn the shower on was vert hard to pull up and down, but again my husband fixed that too. The microwave went out, and when we asked for someone to come look at it, we were told no one could come. This was during the week, not a weekend. Good thing it was just the breaker that had tripped. We handled that too. The view is good, and you are right above the pool. Some may not like that for privacy reasons. The other appliances worked well, so we cooked often. They do have a small snack bar on the 5th floor. Nothing fancy, but a few decent options and good drinks. Overall, I wouldn't stay in this exact condo again, but another in the building, sure!

Good building, poor unit experience.

We’ve stayed at sunrise before and enjoyed it. However, I would not recommend this unit. We had multiple maintenance issues on the first day. The maintenance crew offered to come fix it on the sixth day of our week long stay. Also, this children’s beds weren’t made. Nice condo and nice unit if these issues were addressed promptly.

Great resort

Sunrise Beach was a great resort and we enjoyed our stay. Condo was plenty spacious for 5 of us. My biggest complaint would have to be the couch in the living room (as we did use the pull out each night). There was a couch cover on it, which we had to take off each night to make the bed, but the couch was absolutely filthy with what looked like black dog hair and stains. Owner really, really needs to replace the couch as well as the furniture on the balcony. One of the legs of the foot stool has already rotted off. Better furniture out there would have made our time on the balcony more enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this resort again if in the area, but would probably choose a different condo.
