One of the best properties I have stayed in the owner was very communicative and the property is amazing clean and updated with spacious rooms and fresh clean linens, the hardest part is leaving cause it feels like home!

This house is laid out nicely and offers nice extras like shampoo, lotion, coffee. The yard is a nice place to sit outside. We didn’t have time to take advantage of it.Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure is amazingly. There is nice park across the street. Neighborhood was quiet.Some of the plumbing fixtures could use an update but they do function as is. We would definitely rent again when we come to Phoenix area.

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the property. The only thing that my mother In Law said was that the towels in the other bathroom looked like they needed to be bleached. They looked stained or dingy. Other than that it was wonderful.
