The house in pretty much brand new so the pictures are pretty accurate. The check in process was simple. It is centrally located so you can pretty much get anywhere in Abilene in 10-15 min. Nate was great to correspond with. Very quick turn around. Will definitely stay here again.

The listing for this property was accurate as portrayed. It was hands down one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at (even compared to hotels), and smelled very clean as well. It offered everything we needed, had unexpected touches like granite counter tops, and provided plenty of sleeping options for parties that might be a bit bigger. The beds were very comfortable, there is a ceiling fan in every room (though we didn't need them), and we slept well. Nate had put thought into comfort and provided things like a welcome basket with area guides and snacks, as well as a ton of blankets and pillow options that some properties miss. It was around 100 degrees while we were there and the air conditioning worked quite well. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood is lived in, but surprisingly quiet compared to our former experiences with suburbia. Check in and out were a breeze. Instructions arrived well before we needed them, were thorough, and amiably communicated. Nate was very quick to respond to queries but otherwise was hands off, which is my preferred interaction with a property owner. He was professional and kind.Our teens appreciated the home, the privacy of their own bedroom, and the game room. We all very much appreciated this non-smoking pet free residence, it's central location, and it's top tier cleanliness standards.
