Enjoy charming country life in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on 1 acre of land with a large, flat, fenced backyard. Your furry family members will enjoy letting themselves in and out through the pet door that connects to the fenced-in backyard and large deck. The landlord will mow the lawn as needed. Recycling is picked up bi-weekly on Thursday and trash is picked up weekly on Thursday. Water is from the well and is filtered and softened and the house is on a septic system.
