This comfortable, clean, pet friendly Seapines vacation villa is centrally located walking distance to the Beach Club and Plantation Clubhouse. Ride the two free bikes or hop on the trolley to visit Harbour Town, South Beach and all of the awesome nature trails that meander through Sea Pines. This villa boasts extra living/sleeping space in the upstairs loft, making it larger than most two bedroom villas. Enjoy the amazing view from the huge deck overlooking the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. This bright and sunny villa boasts many new updates with flooring, paint, bathrooms and more. Guests always appreciate the extra large televisions in the living room and bedrooms.

Hiking, fishing and picnic in the 600 acre forest preserve with electric boat Eco tours. A large propane grill is on the deck for you to enjoy cooking some local seafood or prime meats from our local meat markets. The on -site pool is 25 yards away and your pet will be welcome. Tennis/pickleball court is on site or free clay court tennis is available at the South Beach Racquet Club. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! Excellent vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and the owners were very easy to deal with. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable and close to everything. We will definitely rent this property again if it is available when we return to Hilton Head.

Property was very nice- especially newer bathrooms and fireplace which we used one night. Large deck with view of golf course, comfy furniture, beach towels, big TVs in all rooms. Probably best place we have stayed in Sea Pines!

Great location

We loved the location. Center to so many things for walking or biking. Nicely equipped. Manager communicated promptly. Nice having bikes available. Several helps in the condo to know the area.

Terrific

The condo exactly as pictured. The kitchen was was well stocked with silverware and dishes. However, no spices, including salt & pepper. It was very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoy the bikes.

Great Location

This unit is in a great location in Sea Pines. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Harbour Town. Great views of the golf course and the pool and tennis court are right across the parking lot. Unfortunately this unit is incredibly outdated and is in desperate need of maintenance and repairs. Loose and cracked tiles, holes in the wall, stains on carpet and curtains, doors that don't open or close properly are just some of the issues we encountered.

Could be better with a little more attention.

I wish we would have known before coming that the paper products, dishwasher pods, and washing machine soap were only provided for 3-7 days. I would have brought my own so I didn’t have to buy more than needed. Also there were not enough towels and wash cloths, no seasoning, drink glasses few. Needs more attention to make it what is expected to enjoy your time without hassles. That gives you the feeling that you got what you paid for.

It's OK but needs some TLC

For the price we paid, this property was about what we expected. Like I said earlier it was just "ok" at best. Needs some updates and small repairs. The air conditioning seemed a little weak. We had to buy a fan at Wal-Mart to cool the upstairs enough to sleep in the king bed. The showers are designed for short people. At 6 feet tall you had to duck down to wash your hair. And the washer and dryer are tiny. 3 beach towels at a time. Not kidding. Wasn't all negative though. The pool is literally 50 feet away. Tennis courts closer than that. The kitchen has everything you need and the TV setup is awesome throughout the house. It's a lesson and reminder that you get what you pay for and we likely will not stay here again.

Sea Pines condo on the golf course

The location of this property was perfect for our family! A short walk to the beach and convenient to main roads made getting everywhere very easy. The golf enthusiasts loved watching the golfers on the green right outside the condo. The condo was spacious, bright and very clean. We can't wait to choose this property for our next visit to HHI!

Pet friendly rentals should not have carpets!!

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool.. overall this rental was not very clean, stained carpet and furniture!! For pet friendly rental place there should be no carpet!!! Propane tank was almost empty and ran out, Definitely needs updating before next rental!!!!

We had a wonderful week enjoying the perfect blend of great location, amenities, comfortable accommodation, and ease of booking and arranging. Jessica had our gate pass and bike rentals waiting for us too! Would stay here again!

Great location

Property was well located. Walking distance, three houses, from the pool. Walking or biking distance to the ocean. 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town. Excellent location and excellent layout of the condo.

Wonderful location

We had a fabulous visit, thank you for being Pet friendly! Being able to take our two furry kids with us made this trip very special. The location of this villa is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach and a golf course in the backyard! We enjoyed the provided bikes, beach towels and beach chairs. The mattress on the sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft was too uncomfortable to sleep on, so two people ended up having to share the downstairs bedroom. Overall we had a very pleasant stay !

Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed staying at the house over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was great having our furry friends with us. We have definitely stayed at fancier places but as my 14 year old daughter pointed out - this was definitely the coziest!

Had a great time on HHI

We have been vacationing in HHI for several years now. We enjoyed our stay, but felt that the unit could use some updates. It also was not as clean as we would have liked. Another note, the master is on the second floor, and the kids room is on the ground floor. There are multiple TVs and Blue ray players in each room, and Sonos speakers for TV and listening that sound great! Location is fantastic, a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Well located spot for a beach getaway

The condo is in a great location and close to the beach. We had a minor issue checking in, but Jessica was very helpful and we are quickly all settled in. The interior is somewhat dated as others have said, but you’re here to be outside and enjoying the town, not lounging inside all day. We would stay here again.

Great vacation!

We had a great 2 weeks in HH and truly enjoyed this location. Very convenient to the beach, Harbor Town and South Beach. The grounds and pool were well kept and convenient. The property manager was a dream to work with and very prompt it’s the few minor things that came up. If you are looking for laid back, relaxed home away from home, this is a great place.

Excellent location for family vacation.

The location on the the island was nice. It was our first time to HHI. We normally go on cruises but we had to change plans due to COVID-19. The property was is in a nice location. Close to the beach and right across from the pool and tennis court. The only concern was the the cleanliness of the villa. The were some big palmetto bugs that were concerning to us as well. Not a lot to require a call to the owner, but it was worth mentioning. Overall, there needs to be some TLC and maintenance overall to make it nicer for future visitors. With that being said, we thank the owners for sharing their property with us.

June 2020 HHI Vacation

We loved the location of this Villa. It was a short bike ride to Harbor Town, the Beach Club and other attractions in Sea Pines. We had issues with the ceiling fan in the living room when we arrived. The management staff sent some one to resolve the issue. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant, resolving the issue.
