This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The view was fantastic! We loved that we were able to bring out two dogs, who loved the enclosed outdoor area over the garage, as well as the covered back porch. The yard isn't fenced in, but the neighborhood is quiet and without a lot of vehicular traffic, so I didn't have to worry too much about the dogs leaving the property. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with good quality dishware, glassware, pots & pans, etc. The host was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Oregon Beach Vacations
• Oceanfront setting delivered as advertised — clear Pacific views, and an eagle’s nest on the property was an unexpected bonus• Interior was modern, clean, and genuinely well organized; easy to find what we needed without asking• Layout worked well for a family of five — two adults, three kids — with no crowding• Quick walk down to the beach; good hiking within easy reach• Great base for running — beach runs and the Waldport Bridge route• Convenient to town, and an easy drive to Newport and Driftwood Beach• Left the place clean and would gladly stay again — we’d welcome the chance to return
The property was as described however the floors were not clean nor were the kitchen cabinets or appliances. The kitchen was not stocked other than Salt and Pepper so if you're going to cook bring your own spices. The stove was hard to figure out and the dryer would not dry clothes completely. The bedroom downstairs was very small and the stairs to the other bedrooms were very steep. There was no front or back porch lights and the string lights seemed unsafe to plug in due to the wet weather. The parking was difficult as the driveway was so sloped and we had to park near the street. Also note that the stairs from the porch to the back area there is rebar sticking up on the corners of the concrete pad so use caution.
The views here are super! You are able to see both the bay and the ocean from the decks and from the back yard. The trees and the peaceful surroundings in nature are perfect for those wanting to relax. The house is well equipped for a large family group with lots of nice kitchen equipment and tools. It may be a bit challenging if grandparents are part of the group staying here. The driveway is quite steep. One of the king beds upstairs is way too tall for people of average height to get into without a stool or steps (which were not provided). There is also no luggage rack or convenient location for luggage to be placed other than on the floor or on a bed. I mention this so the many seniors who travel are aware of this, but again, it is a perfect house for families with children.
