The bright and cosy living area invites you to relax, featuring an open-concept kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a comfortable sofa nook. From here, you can also access the covered south-facing terrace, which is equipped with two sun loungers and a table with four chairs.

The bedroom features a cosy double box-spring bed, while the living room has a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower.

You can park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can easily reach the apartment by lift or via the stairs.

The beach is just a few steps away from your holiday rental.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
