Ideal for families, friends, or small groups, this spacious coastal getaway has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Prime Location

Just over 1 mile from the beach and boardwalk—about a 5-minute drive or a short bike ride to sun, sand, and local attractions. Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, grocery stores, shopping and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. Just a short stroll away, Big Fish Grill serves some of the best food in town and hosts an amazing happy hour.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped

Inside, enjoy coastal decor, abundant natural light, and modern amenities. The full kitchen makes meal prep easy, with plenty of seating at the table or kitchen island. After a beach day, cool off with central air-conditioning and refresh your beachwear in the washer/dryer.

Things to Know

• Pools are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
• Tennis courts are open most of the year (weather permitting).
• Your summer rental comes with a free Rehoboth Beach parking pass to drive and park right by the beach.
• LINENS are provided at check in but will not be replenished during your stay. A washer and dryer are available for guest use if you wish to refresh linens. Provided linens include sheets and pillowcases for two king beds and one queen bed, plus one towel set (bath towel and hand towel) per guest.
• The living room features a 65" smart TV, and the Master Bedroom has a large smart TV. Another bedroom has a large TV also. Fast WIFI is provided. Streaming is available through guests’ personal accounts; cable is not provided.
• The gas fireplace is not for guest use.
• Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• The condo is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.
• Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet hours start at 11pm.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.
• An exterior security camera is located next to the front door.
• Electronic key code lock entry on the front door.

We enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July holiday. The space was in immaculate condition, the neighborhood was welcoming and quiet, and the host stayed in touch throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay here! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Location is great- easy access to Reheboth, shops, restaurants and beaches. The owner had great communication and even offered an earlier check in. Pools are clean and fun! There is one pool near the unit, but the other two are a bit of a walk away. Parking was convenient. We would definitely return!

The place was very clean. Pool was clean. Quiet complex. Location was great. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach. Very close to the Tanger outlets and Jungle Jim waterpark. A restaurant within walking distance. We loved out stay. The owner was excellent with communication also.

The condo is beautiful! This unit is very close to the pool, restaurant, and donut shop. The beach and outlets are a quick drive and a parking permit is included. The owner is very responsive from booking, questions during stay, and check out. The condo was very clean and includes everything you need during stay, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies. We had an amazing trip...wish we were still there! Will definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! Although our host was available to us from the moment we booked the property, we didn't need a thing. The place was perfect for our group. It was clean and comfortable, and spacious enough for the six of us. The enclosed deck was a great place to sit and catch up on some reading while enjoying the view of the pond! We walked out the door and visited the pool to the right, at the end of our sidewalk. The people we encountered were very friendly, and the location is so convenient to some very nice places to eat, drink, and catch some live music. It was an all around great get away.

We truly enjoyed staying here. The Owner provided a beach parking permit which saved us money on metered parking. We had parking for 2 cars. The unit was right by one of three swimming pools which we had access to. Fotini the owner was quick to respond with our questions Would definitely recommend this place for its convenience to beach, and shopping.
