The Minervapark building features 30 residential units located near the beach and town centre of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. You’ll find comfortable and individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments with 57 to 73 square metres of living space, each featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, at least one bedroom, and some with an additional guest bathroom. Almost all apartments offer free internet access. Some apartments are equipped with washing machines and dryers. An lift, on-site underground parking, and a shared bicycle storage room are available. The fine sandy beach, with excellent swimming conditions, is just 70 metres away.

The “Minervapark 19” 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony is suitable for people with allergies and is located on the 1st floor. The living area is 69 square metres, making it ideal for two guests. For entertainment, a TV, DVD player, and stereo system are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the living/dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa set, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is furnished seasonally. A dining table with seating for four is also available in the living area. For self-catering, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your holiday meals in the open-concept kitchen: glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a washing machine for free use. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily take the lift from there to the apartment floors. No smoking. No pets. 



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
