Baltic Sea vacation in an old granary

A steep staircase leads up to the former granary, since it was best to carry heavy sacks as upright as possible. Upstairs, a bright, cosy apartment awaits you with views in every direction. You can see all the way to the Baltic Sea across the fields.
How about a leisurely breakfast in the cosy kitchen-diner, a glass of wine on the balcony, or a cosy evening watching TV on the large corner sofa?

Our own (varied) experiences as holidaymakers served as our guide when furnishing the apartment. We consider sharp kitchen knives more important than sherry glasses, and good mattresses more useful than toilet seat covers. However, if you find you’re missing something, we can usually help out.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to Süssau’s natural beach, which features a pier and a small beach promenade. There are a few restaurants and bars there.
You can get fresh rolls at the “Dorflädchen,” among other places.

There is no visitor’s tax in Süssau. There’s a large, free car park right in front of the dike.

Find a quiet spot for your lounge chair, gather with friends around the grill, or play with your kids on the large lawn: Our garden offers plenty of space to run around, relax, and celebrate.
When it gets a bit cooler outside, our guests can sit comfortably together in the common room. There are also games available indoors.

You can safely store bicycles, surfboards, fishing gear, and anything else you’d like to bring with you.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers ensure that no one has to worry about a little dirt.

Bed linens and towels are provided upon request.
