Property exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, the house was very clean, the hostess was an excellent communicator, and the view around the property was spectacular! We had 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of room!

We had the most wonderful stay at this quaint property, especially enjoying the breathtaking view from the fire pit area - you must find a moment to relax and unwind while enjoying the sunset! We fell in love with the area because the space allows you to slow down and appreciate the beauty surrounding you. Thank you to our kind hosts for the tumblers, which were so perfect for the evenings we spent outside by the fire. We can't wait to go back!

The house was exactly as described If not better, beautiful and peaceful. We would 100% stay again if we are going back to the area. Sitting beside the fire pit watching the sunset and visiting with the “farm dog” made great family memories! The host was super responsive and informative about everything, again can not say anything but we had an excellent experience.

What makes this property unique

125 private acres. A private fire pit. Amazing sunset views and almost unbelievable night skies. Less than an hour from three major cities (Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati) but rural enough to have almost no light pollution at night. The night sky views are breathtaking, the recent north lights sightings are vibrant and bright. Peaceful, quiet and safe- the farm has been passed down in our family since 1844. A wonderful blend of the old charm and the new comforts and amenities. The farm raises cattle and feed hay- all farm workings are easily viewable from the comfortable rocking chair on the front porch, lounging in the hammock on the back patio or relaxing around the fire pit.

Inside updates include : laundry room, air fryer feature on the oven, an extra large shower with rain fall shower head, 75” tv in living room and 50+ inch TVs in each other room.
