No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Accessibility
This is a two-story home, and exterior steps are required to enter the property.

Exterior Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are installed on the outside of the home. They are positioned only in exterior areas and do not face any interior spaces.

Shared Property
Another vacation rental is located on the premises, and other guests may be present during your stay.

Additional Property & Dock Improvements
Installed a brand-new dock featuring:
•Ladder at the end of the dock for easy water access
•Stairway access designed to accommodate elderly guests or those with mobility concerns
• Aluminum stairway and ladder to the original dock
•Firewood / Fireplace Supplies: Firewood is available for purchase at the nearby Casey’s gas station. Guests may purchase as much as needed
•Coffee & Kitchen Supplies: Coffee and filters are provided for guest use
•Fishing / Waterfront Amenities: The dock is suitable for fishing. Guests may also fish from the provided kayaks or canoes


Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
