Small, tastefully decorated holiday apartment in the Paloma building.<br>The Paloma holiday home has 4 apartments.<br><br>The holiday apartment is 42 square metres in size and suitable for 2 adults and a toddler. The entryway leads into the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen are the toilet and shower, and one step leads up to the living-dining area. From the living-dining area, a small hallway leads to the bedroom.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet.<br>The bathroom has a shower and sink; the toilet is separate.<br>The living-dining area features a seating area, TV, and a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with various kitchen utensils, a kettle, and a coffee maker.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is calculated based on the length of stay. From March 15 through October 31 of each year, the daily rate is:<br><br>a.) for persons 16 years of age and older 2.60 € <br> b.) for persons between 6 and 16 years of age 0.50 € <br><br>During the rest of the year, per day<br><br>a.) For persons 16 years of age and older 1.30 € <br> b.) For persons 6 years of age and older up to 16 years of age 0.25 € <br><br> Persons with a disability rating of 80% or higher receive a 50% discount.<br>People with a disability rating of 100% are exempt from the visitor’s tax.<br>(Please indicate this when booking.)<br><br>Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
