You’ll find a very special atmosphere waiting for you in this apartment. Modernity meets cosiness—and to the highest degree of perfection. Enjoy a living area featuring a large built-in kitchen, Vitra dining furniture, artwork from the Lumas Gallery, and a smoke-free gas fireplace. There’s also a cosy corner sofa and a smart TV. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. The exclusive living experience is enhanced by real wood parquet flooring.

All rooms have folding blinds—some of which are heat-reflective—that allow you to completely block out the light when needed.

The elegantly furnished hallway leads to a very large, open bathroom, where background music or the rain shower equipped with spotlights will make your stay even more enjoyable. Of course, it features underfloor heating and an additional bathroom radiator.

The utility room is equipped with handy appliances. A particularly quiet washing machine, an ironing board with an iron, and a clothes rack make even the smaller daily chores more pleasant. There’s also a child seat and a cot.

The bedroom features a separate smart TV. Sleep—a precious gift. Those who sleep well rest well. With this in mind, we had a box-spring bed and mattress custom-made for you at a small artisan workshop—hypoallergenic and crafted according to the latest scientific findings. Oversized 220 cm-long duvets—tailored for both summer and winter—and two different-sized pillows, including a neck-support pillow, will have you sleeping like you’re in seventh heaven. A custom-built closet provides storage for your personal clothing.

Outside, you’ll find seating for four people, an authentic Weber grill, and two comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Here, you can choose between two separate seating areas—one that guarantees the sunny side of life and another that offers a shady spot. There’s also a garden shed available to store your suitcases or rental bike.
