Welcome to your Belvedere 70 vacation rental!

This renovated and beautifully furnished corner apartment on the 7th floor delights guests with its magnificent views of the sea and countryside from the large, covered corner balcony that wraps around the entire apartment. From the afternoon until sunset, you’ll find a sheltered spot outdoors on the furnished balcony. If the sun gets too strong, a parasol provides shade.
You can also enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and Großenbrode from the bright living room through its large, new floor-to-ceiling windows—whether from the cozy corner sofa across from the flat-screen TV or from the large dining table. Electric exterior blinds are available for privacy.

The separate built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and various kitchen appliances to accommodate all your cooking and baking ideas.

The stylish, interior shower room was renovated to include a walk-in shower, a two-part glass shower enclosure, an illuminated mirror cabinet, an outlet, and a heated towel rack.

In the apartment’s hallway, you’ll find plenty of space for suitcases and your coat rack.

In the bedroom, a large double bed (2×80×200), blackout curtains, a large wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV ensure cozy evenings and restful nights.

Only the neighboring building stands between you and the bakery, where you can find fresh rolls for breakfast or delicious cakes to go with your coffee. Just a few meters further on, you can sink your feet into the fine beach sand and watch the waves of the Baltic Sea.

You can park your car right in front of the house in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

Welcome to the “Belvedere” apartment building!

The 7-story apartment building, with its 91 apartments, is located just 100 meters from the white, fine-sand South Beach, the lively pier plaza, and the new 1.5-kilometer-long promenade.
As a guest at the Belvedere, you have the option to use the sauna located on the roof (7th floor) for a fee. The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you.
A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of looking for a spot.
Thanks to the two elevators, you can easily take your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor. The building entrance is conveniently accessible via ramps if needed.
In the basement, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (available for a fee).

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, the spa center, playgrounds, shops, beach chair rentals, bike rentals, and recreational activities.
