About this property

Beautiful apartment, only 80 m from the Baltic Sea beach

Our bright, modern apartment is just steps from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The spacious living room is equipped with a modern sofa set, DVD and CD player, a bright dining area, fireplace, heated floors and a beautiful kitchen with all mod cons. The two bedrooms have double beds, one of which has an additional TV. Relaxation comes certainly not neglected in our apartment. A spa with whirlpool, spa shower and sauna stands for cozy hours. Then you can enjoy the sun until the evening on our balcony with partial sea view with a glass of wine or a warm tea.

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The balcony faces south-west.

There is also a beach chair from 01 05 - 30 09 free of charge.
Two other chairs are deposited in the newly built bike home that may like to be taken to the beach.
In the bicycle house you can safely store your bikes.

Alles gut, bis auf den Fahrradeinstellplatz in der ersten Etage. Geht gar nicht. Um das Rad auf der Schiene rauf und runter zu bringen braucht man Kraft und Geschicklichkeit. Um das Rad von dem schmalen Gang rechtwinklig in den Abstellraum zu bewegen - keine Chance.

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und total sauber. Einen Punkt musste ich leider abziehen, da in der Anzeige stand dass es eine Whirlpoolbadewanne geben sollte, dem war leider nicht so, obwohl dort auch ein Schild stand.. aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist ansonsten alles vorhanden was man braucht und super gelegen ist sie auch!

Erholung

Erholsam! Wir sind im Herbst dagewesen. Es ist nicht mehr so voll mit Urlaubern. Es gibt Möglichkeiten weite Radtouren und Spaziergänge zu machen. Der Strand ist zwar keine 80 m entfernt aber sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ein wunderschöner Strand. Bis Ende September gehört ein Strandkorb mit dazu, das haben wir auch ausgenutzt. Leider sind nicht mehr alle Restaurants geöffnet.

Entspannter Urlaub

Dank des schönen und gut ausgestattetem Appartments war der Urlaub,trotz einiger Schlecht-Wetter-Tage ,sehr entspannend.Der kurze Weg zum Strand sowie zur Gastronomie war sehr angenehm.Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine tolle Wohnung. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind jedoch zu bemängeln. Die Betten sind alles andere als bequem… vielleicht sollte man mal über etwas neues nachdenken. Auch die Schonüberzüge über dem Bettzeug sind vielleicht gut gedacht, jedoch knistert es bei jeder Bewegung, die Decken sind steif und durch das Plastik schwitzt man übermäßig. Uns kam die Wohnung eigentlich recht sauber vor, jedoch haben wir mehrfach Silberfischchen entdeckt. Es waren die ganze Zeit, trotz Lüften und ausgeschalteter Heizung 25 Grad. Vielleicht sollte man hier den Hauptthermostat anders einstellen? Das Schloss sollte dringend mal geölt werden. Die Tür lässt sich ganz schlecht aufschließen. Der Kinderstuhl hat mehrere lose Schrauben. Dies sollte regelmäßig geprüft werden!!!

Richtig toll und alles da

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Richtig gut ausgestattet (Wäscheständer, Verlängerungssteckdose, Besen etc.). Strand, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Ich empfand es auch bei über 30 grad „angenehm“ in der Wohnung, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hatte. Es gab einen guten Durchzug. Dort sind viele Schwalben, die ihre Nester an der Hauswand haben. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Auf dem Balkon sollte man Schuhe tragen, weil es Holzdielen sind, die Splittern. Besonders gut hat uns der Strandkorb gefallen und das eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist.

Sehr gut gelegene, schöne FeWo

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es fehlt einem eigentlich an fast nichts. Max. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
