Welcome to Apartment 6 in Building 2 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation resort!<br>Here you'll find space for up to 4 people right by the beach—perfect for your family vacation!<br><br>The first-floor apartment features a cozy double bed in the combined living room/bedroom, which can be separated from the living area by a curtain. A large, multi-door wardrobe is available to store the contents of your suitcases.<br>The separate children’s room, with a large window, features a bunk bed and a two-door wardrobe. <br>All windows are equipped with sea-blue pleated blinds and additional curtains.<br>The apartment has laminate flooring throughout, except for the tiled bathroom.<br><br>The living room features a flat-screen TV, a radio, a comfortable sofa, and a rocking chair. A private Wi-Fi network is available here free of charge.<br>The modern kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a small dishwasher, and a refrigerator. <br>From the furnished south-facing balcony (approx. 1.5 m above the ground), the view looks out onto the inner courtyard; to the side, you can catch a glimpse of the sea, knowing that in no time at all you’ll be standing with your feet on the white sandy beach by the ocean. <br><br>Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.<br><br>***All our vacation rentals are non-smoking apartments. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.<br>The buildings in the resort are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex. <br>A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
