Welcome to Apartment 83 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This very modern 2-room apartment is located on the 9th floor of the building and will delight you with its breathtaking view: From the high-quality, cosy balcony, you can enjoy the view across the entire South Beach—with its new promenade—out to the sea, which is sometimes glittering, sometimes stormy, and sometimes as smooth as glass!

The apartment is fully equipped for 3 people and features high-quality designer vinyl flooring.

The bright, built-in kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher to help you prepare your own meals during your holiday. Whether you’re enjoying meals together, having game nights, or planning your next outings: You’ll find plenty of cosy spots at the dining table with its comfortable upholstered chairs, on the large couch, or on the balcony furniture with its thick cushions.
The large, comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and the spacious wardrobe can be separated from the living area by a curtain. The furnishings have been harmoniously coordinated in a warm beech finish. Electric exterior blinds have been installed on all windows for privacy.

The additional, inviting bedroom features a single bed (80×200 cm) and a chest of drawers. From here, too, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the beach and the Baltic Sea.
The renovated, interior shower room features a towel warmer, an extra-wide shower pan with a low threshold, and a lighted mirror.

Your holiday rental is available for bookings of 4 nights or more. A free parking space and fiber-optic internet are available for guests to use here!

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
