A warm welcome to Apartment 76 in Building 2 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten.”

This bright and modern apartment for two people has been lovingly renovated with an eye for detail. In no time at all, you’ll reach the new promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand South Beach—enjoy the beach, explore, and experience the sea during the day, and in between, relax and unwind in your ocean-view apartment!

In the living area, a large, cosy corner sofa awaits you, and the big flat-screen TV in this cosy corner is perfect for an evening on the couch. A great round dining table lets you enjoy meals together while looking out towards the Großenbrode pier.

The high-quality built-in kitchen offers plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood, and a full range of cooking equipment. A Nespresso machine is also available for delicious hot drinks. The kitchen can be separated from the living area by a door.

The sleeping area features a high-quality double bed (180×200) for restful nights, and the large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.
The apartment can be beautifully darkened using exterior blinds, ensuring even greater comfort while sleeping.

From the south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the entire South Beach, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Here, you can fully relax and enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday on the balcony furniture!

The tiled bathroom features a particularly spacious shower with a sliding door and a high threshold. A lighted mirror and a vanity cabinet are additional amenities this bathroom offers you during your holiday.

Complex:

The "Vier Jahreszeiten" holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
