Welcome to Holiday Apartment 41 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!<br>This 54 m² 3-room apartment comfortably accommodates 3 guests. <br><br>This is one of the popular corner apartments, whose living spaces welcome guests with a bright and friendly atmosphere thanks to the many windows. Both separate bedrooms feature windows with views of the car park and the spa gardens all the way to the Sund Bridge. <br>One of the two bedrooms has two single beds (each 90×200 cm), while the other bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90×200 cm). The rooms, furnished with pine furniture, also each feature a closet and a TV.<br><br>The modernised, interior shower bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, with an illuminated mirror, glass shower enclosure, walk-in shower, 2 electrical sockets, and a towel warmer. <br>The new, fully equipped built-in kitchen features a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic stove, a dishwasher, and an oven. It’s also outfitted with all the necessary utensils and small appliances to ensure a hassle-free cooking experience during your holiday.<br><br>The living room features a large, cosy corner sofa and an armchair with an ottoman, perfect for cosy evenings together. At the dining table, you can enjoy your meals, plan the next day of your holiday, or make use of the apartment’s large collection of games. A third TV and a Wi-Fi hotspot (O2) provide additional entertainment options. <br><br>From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent side view of the sea all the way to the pier. The sun shines here from early afternoon until evening. Should the sun get too intense, a parasol provides protection from excessive sunlight.<br><br>***Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex. <br>A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
