Holiday in a holiday home in Warnemünde! Relax in our two cosy, adjacent holiday homes, "Jan" and "Adele," located just a few steps from the Warnemünde lighthouse and beach at Alexandrinenstr. 69. Both cottages offer plenty of space for 2 to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday, just 100 metres from the beach (with a free parking space at each cottage). Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Enjoy your holiday in our comfortable, cosily furnished “Jan” holiday home, located on the ground floor and ground floor, on a sunny lot with a large terrace and a beach chair. The holiday home is approximately 100 square metres in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and features a large living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and storage room on the ground floor. On the top floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV), 1 bedroom with two single beds (3rd TV), and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer. Amenities: Cable TV, radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, kitchen with coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. A free parking space is available on the property. However, the narrow driveway to the parking space (approx. 1.90 m wide) is only suitable for smaller cars.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

The initial supply for the house includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/yes/per animal: 5.00 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
