Located right on the Alter Strom in Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the exclusive holiday apartments “Traffic” and “Sonnenschein” are available to holiday guests. We offer you an exclusively furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, with a magnificent view of the Alter Strom.

The bright living room, with access to two terraces offering a direct view of the Alter Strom, provides plenty of space for the whole family.
There are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed. One bedroom also features a Smart TV.

2 bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a changing table, luggage rack
The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower (rain shower), washing machine, and hair dryer. The bathroom furniture was custom-made by a local furniture manufacturer.
The hallway coat rack in the entryway also comes from this furniture manufacturer and was made at the owner’s request.

The “Traffic” holiday rental is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor; access is via an outdoor metal spiral staircase.

Enjoy the stunning view of the Alter Strom from the balconies. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.


At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Visitor’s tax in Rostock and Warnemünde ( 01.09.2023 ):
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Persons with severe disabilities (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Persons with severe disabilities 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
