Silbermoewe, directly on the beach

Our lovingly furnished holiday apartments, “Silbermöwe” and “La Paloma,” are located right on the Warnemünde promenade, in the Strandhaus Möwe. From here, you can enjoy a side view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the promenade.

The elegant two-room “Silbermöwe” holiday apartment is approximately 65 square metres in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and fully equipped with high-quality PVC flooring with a wood-grain finish, as well as a bathroom and kitchen featuring granite worktops. The cosy, sunny living room (with a double sofa bed) is equipped with a TV, radio, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a double bed. A beautiful bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer is also available. On the sunny, quiet south-facing balcony (with a partially obstructed view), you can relax and enjoy a good glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a cosy dining area. There is an lift in the building.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

Please note: Exterior renovation work will take place from mid-September through mid-December. This may cause noise and disruptions. We apologise for any inconvenience.

At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us starting at 6 €/night.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
- Dog/Silbermöwe: €5.00 per night
