We’re here for you all year round and offer holiday apartments with modern and cosy amenities in a quiet, central location in the heart of Warnemünde. Our holiday apartments, which are reserved for non-smokers, are located at Poststraße 4 in an idyllic, landscaped courtyard. The beach, the harbour, and the train station are all about a 5-minute walk away. Dear guests, welcome to the Rhau Apartment House! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Rosenwinkel” two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor features a separate bedroom and a living room with a couch. The bathroom is located three steps down from the living room, and the kitchen (stove, refrigerator) is located five steps up from the living room. The holiday apartment, which features laminate flooring, is equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a shower, and a cosy kitchen. Seating is available in the green courtyard.
The holiday apartment is approximately 35 square metres in size, equipped for 2 people, and reserved for non-smokers.



The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).




At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, post office, Alter Strom, and more—all just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax from 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: People with severe disabilities (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the person with severe disability 100% and a registered service dog
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
