Muy bonita en las fotos, pero solo eso.

No era ni con mucho lo esperado, la terraza muy amplia pero durante el día insoportable el calor con mesas y sillas negras y una sombrilla inutilizable al tener 2 varillas rotas, durante la noche te abrasan los mosquitos y no tiene luz. La cama anunciada de 1'60 no es así de ancha y bastante incomoda, la vajilla no hay un juego completo de 3 piezas de platos tazas y vaso iguales, la lavadora ni lava, ni aclara, ni centrífuga. La piscina no tiene ni una sola hamaca, ni mobiliario de ningún tipo..

We’re really sorry you ran into these issues during your stay. We know the summer heat made parts of the terrace difficult to enjoy, and we replaced the umbrella as soon as we were aware it was broken. The bed size is correctly 160 cm, but we’re sorry it didn’t feel right for you. Our kitchen is normally complete, and we’ll make sure replacements are added right away. The washing machine is working correctly, though it will be closely monitored. Regarding the pool, the lack of sunbeds is a decision of the building association and out of our hands. We’re grateful for your feedback nevertheless.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction work during your stay. Unfortunately, the works were beyond our control, and we were not notified in advance. As standard, we inform guests of any known disruptions beforehand to help them plan accordingly. The pool was recently renovated, with most work completed during the winter to avoid disruption. We kindly remind guests to report any concerns to the keyholder during their stay so we can address them promptly and improve their experience.
