Delightful Island Heights home -close to the beach and a block to the boardwalk!
7 minutes to Seaside Park. Charming Island Heights Victorian, near the bay with boardwalk for walking, running. 7 minutes to ocean by car, Seaside Heights or the quieter Seaside Park, 15 minutes to Island Beach State Park. There is a minimum stay of 30 days due to the zoning in the area. My apologies to those wanting to stay for a shorter period.
Be sure to say HI to the friendly neighborhood cats!
There is a wonderful porch that runs across the front and side of the house, a delightful backyard, living and family room, charming kitchen, three bedrooms with queen sized beds and a loft with a double in the family room. Two bedrooms, upstairs with a clawfoot tub, down with a full shower. New washer and dryer on premises.
(The house has been painted grey but no pictures of the new color are available yet!)
No groups under 25 years old please, unless accompanied by a parent, due to insurance regulations.
