The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used linens and towels in the laundry room hamper bag, then leave it by the front door for pickup. Do not include comforters, shams, or blankets. Housekeeping will handle those separately.
Be sure door to garage is unlocked
Take trash bins to the road if leaving on Sunday or Wednesday. Pick up is early the following days.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful house with everything that we needed. I mean it was probably the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in. The pool was very nice and warm and the kids spent everyday in it. The dining room was big enough for all of us (4 adults and 4 kids) to eat together comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

This was one of the best homes we have stayed at in Ocala! Great location and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The home was extremely clean and very well stocked! The beds are very comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds! The pool area is amazing! There were plenty of pool toys! There was a snack basket waiting for us when we arrived, I just can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely stay here!
