Located in the popular holiday region of Cádiz, this ground-floor apartment is part of Villa Mayo, a holiday home with a total of 5 apartments. It features a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed), and a bathroom, accommodating 4 or 5 guests. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi and TV. A cot is available, and you may also bring your own, as there is enough space in the bedrooms.



The living room is equipped with air conditioning.



Outside, a private covered terrace with barbecue is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Guests also have access to a private pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.



The private pool is available from May to October, depending on weather conditions.



Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a short drive away. The nearest beach, in a quiet bay, is only 1.7 km or a 5-minute drive.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the property’s facilities; unregistered visitors are not permitted.
