You are just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants, plus easy access to I-70. You'll find a complete kitchen, in-home laundry, TV, 1 car garage, backyard access and privacy.

This light and bright 2 bedroom/1 bath home has been recently updated from top to bottom. The all new kitchen has been fully stocked and ready for your cooking or baking needs. The beds boast all cotton linens and blankets. The bathroom is equipped with thick cotton towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is plenty of seating in both the living and dining rooms. The new washer and dryer are located in the brightly lit and clean basement. In the spring and summer the patio will be the perfect place to sit and enjoy grilling or sipping tea overlooking the large backyard.
