Apartment is very clean and host was very responsive when any issues arose. They are thoughtful hosts and actually asked for feedback a couple of times on anything that would have made the stay better. When unit A/C broke they had another one installed in just a couple of hours. Only thing to consider is that the bathroom is very small so if you or any guests are taller than 5 foot 7 it can be very tight trying to use the toilet area however we worked around that and the host kept things very clean!

The host didn’t communicate or send the access code until some time after checking in so we were late for our event. Pulling into the driveway we noticed a broken window, broken cellar door, broken fence, lawn was a 2ft pasture, and there is no view, just houses stacked driveway to driveway. It mentions a porch with a golf course view, neither exist. The golf course is blocks away. Then he called to say he’s bringing the towels he forgot but we never stayed to find out if they made it. Save time, look elsewhere!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Please carefully review the listing and photos before booking. The golf course mentioned in the listing is located nearby at a local park; it is not on the property itself, and the listing does not advertise the property as being directly on a golf course. The concerns mentioned in this review are primarily related to the exterior of the property. I was working on the property when you arrived, and these exterior items did not prevent access to or use of the accommodation. I also do not see any photos or evidence showing an issue with the interior of the property. Regarding check-in, the check-in instructions are sent automatically through the platform. I’m not sure what happened on your end, but you were able to access the property and check in successfully. I understand that you ultimately decided not to stay and requested a refund. While I respect your decision, I did not feel the complaints provided a basis for a refund under the circumstances. I have been hosting for four years, and my priority has always been to make the property as easy, comfortable, and convenient as possible for my guests. I respect that expectations can differ, but I hope future guests will carefully review the listing details before booking so there are no misunderstandings
