Family-friendly vacation apartment suitable for children with a welcoming atmosphere

Our lovingly furnished holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cosy kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. A large dining area seats up to 7 people. The family bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a washing machine, and plenty of towels and toiletries. Laundry detergent and a drying rack are also provided. The apartment offers several cosy sleeping options for families, couples, or small groups. The bright room with a bunk bed and play area is especially popular with children. In addition, comfortable double beds, smart TVs, and cosy blankets and pillows create a welcoming atmosphere. On the terrace, a cosy seating area invites you to relax, play, or enjoy meals together—even on cooler days thanks to the sheltered area. For families, numerous baby and children’s items are provided free of charge, including a high chair, travel cot, changing pad, baby bathtub, books, games, and art supplies. Dogs are also welcome. Bowls, treats, and poop bags are provided for your four-legged friend. The peaceful surroundings, with plenty of trails and fields, are ideal for walks. Free Wi-Fi and a lockable bike shed with charging stations for e-bike batteries round out your stay. We look forward to welcoming you—whether with your family, grandparents, or dog—to our home. A 50% prepayment is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival; for last-minute bookings, payment is due in cash upon arrival. You will receive an email with our bank details, as well as the complete Terms and Conditions, which are an important part of this booking. Due to current circumstances, we are required to collect a security deposit of 200.00 EUR, which must be paid in advance via bank transfer or in CASH upon key pickup. If the apartment is returned in good condition and without damage, the security deposit will, of course, be refunded immediately. Keys are handed over between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the latest. A later check-in is possible only in exceptional cases and only after a confirmed telephone arrangement.
