The 65-square-meter holiday rental is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 1–4 people. The cosy living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, cosy blankets, and a hot water bottle, invites you to relax. The completely newly equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and hand blender, has everything you could want. The holiday home features 2 bedrooms with double beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm. The high-quality, modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower with a rain showerhead, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a designer vanity with a mirror cabinet. Storage space for laundry supplies is provided. Towels are provided. Books, magazines, and puzzle books invite you to relax. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy the outdoor area with seating. Please note that pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house are free of charge. This is a non-smoking property. Payment is due by invoice prior to arrival. The travel costs, amounting to 100% of the total price, will be invoiced approximately 4 weeks before arrival. By making this reservation, you agree to our house rules. A security deposit of 200.00 euros per stay is due upon arrival. After the property has been properly inspected, the amount will be refunded upon departure. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via electronic access. Pets are not allowed. Services included in the base price: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels, final cleaning. Possible additional fees: garage parking space, 5 EUR per day
