This 95m² vacation villa is located in the resort town of Stintino on the northwestern corner of Italy's island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The property features Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and both a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Guests can enjoy the sea view or lounge in the shared closed terrace in the outdoor area of the fenced property. Visitors can also relax in the furnished garden, take a dip in the outdoor pool or cook on the grill, all private features. The pool is available from mid of May to October. There are a variety of bars and restaurants just a 5 to 15 minute drive (1.3 to 9 km) drive away from the property and the closest beaches are the Spiaggia delle Saline, just 7 minutes away by car (4 km), and the Cala Puntello, just 12 minutes (9 km) by car. Asinara National Park, a nature reserve, is 5 minutes away (14 km) by car. Alghero-Fertilia Airport is a 40 minute drive (47 km) drive away. Public transportation is also available to reach these destinations.

Für 4 Personen perfekt. Tolles Haus, nett eingerichtet, zwei Bäder/WC

Pros: Sauberer Pool, Kunstrasen passt super finde ich. Tolles Terasse mit Grill und Liegen. Cons: Poolbeleuchtung ausgefallen.

Ein Haus zum Entspannen

Pros: Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, genauso wie die Hausdame! Die Bilder passen 100%. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, wenn man nach einem erholsamen Strandurlaub sucht. Beim Kunstrasen waren wir erst skeptisch, aber er hat sich mit zwei kleinen Kindern bewährt. Das komplette Grundstück konnte so 100% genutzt werden. Cons: Die Küche empfanden wir als nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet und sie war ziemlich klein.

Haus im Sardischen Stil in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Pros: Das Haus ist für einen Strandferien Aufenthalt vollständig ausgerüstet (1 Aussendusche, 2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Pool, genügend Platz für 4 Personen, viel Geschirr, etc.). Alle Ausrüstungen haben funktioniert, auch die Türen konnten fest verschlossen werden (ist in Sardinien oft nicht der Fall). Der Pool war sehr sauber, 1.60m tief und angenehm kühl. Der Pool wurde einmal pro Woche gründlich gereinigt. Es gibt genügend Liegen und auch einen sehr brauchbaren Grill. Das Internet des Hauses hat funktioniert war aber ziemlich langsam. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir unseren eigenen Router dabei hatten. Die Strände der Umgebung können in 8 (Felsküste mit Kiesstrand, ideal zum Tauchen), 12 (Weisser Strand mit Muschelkalk und hohen Wellen), oder 25 Minuten (flacher Sandstrand mit türkisblauem Wasser, La Pelosa, Achtung: Reservation notwendig) mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Es gibt in Stintino viele gute Restaurants (Fisch, Fleisch). Wir haben hier 2 sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Cons: Meiner Frau hat nicht gefallen, dass ein Kunstrasen verlegt war. Ich finde aber, dass das viel praktischer war, da so der Pool und das Haus nicht verschmutzt werden konnten. Ausserdem ist der Kunstrasen sehr sauber verlegt und man erkennt erst bei näherem Hinsehen, dass es ein Kunstrasen ist.
