Our small, cosy basement apartment features a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a smaller bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The apartment also features a small shower room, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a wonderful view of the Hallenberger Forest. A large balcony with a gas grill and seating area overlooking the mountains rounds out the apartment. <br>Biking and hiking tours are possible right from the house. With your dog, you can be right in the woods and out in the fields in just 1 minute. There are no limits to your dog walks here. In addition, there are numerous activities to experience in the Sauerland region; various brochures are available in the holiday apartments. <br><br>A security deposit of 200€ is due upon arrival. The local tourist tax is mandatory. <br>Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, we unfortunately have to charge an additional fee of €5 per night; this will be listed as a heating fee in your booking.
