Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the check-in instructions provided were clear and sufficient for entry, as access to the property was successfully completed. I understand there may have been some difficulty reaching me initially, and I apologize for any delay in communication.
Regarding the condition of the property, I respectfully disagree with the characterization. While there may have been a few minor issues, they were addressed promptly as soon as they were brought to my attention.
That said, I honored your concerns and agreed to a full refund in good faith. I always strive to provide a positive experience for my guests and will continue working to improve both communication and property readiness.
