This gated community will make you feel safe and secure! The primary bedroom showcases a brand new remodeled shower and large vanity area. All bedrooms have new wood-like floors and there is new paint throughout! The decor is stylish, warm, and inviting. Bring your small dog and they will enjoy the gated dog run in the backyard, covered outdoor patio and large turf area to run around! Then fire up the grill and toss the bean bags for a game of corn hole with your family and friends!

• Entire backyard is fenced in but there is a smaller fenced dog run area for your small dog to enjoy



If you would like to bring your small dog, you will need to gain approval before booking by messaging the host first. Please let us know what type of dog it is, how old it is and how much it weighs.

Guest Access:

This is an entirely private home and private backyard to yourselves. There will be no one else on property with you.



The Neighborhood:

There are grocery stores such as Albertsons and Walmart only 2 miles away. Many restaurants and fast food options within 5 mile radius! This home is convenient to Nellis Air Force Base, VA Hospital, Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Lake Mead. It’s also only a 20 minute drive to Downtown Las Vegas home to the famous Fremont Street Experience!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage and Driveway parking is available. There is no street parking allowed as this is a strict rule with the HOA. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

After booking on Airbnb, guests must sign a lease agreement for dates of reservation to submit to the HOA for complaince.



There will be an additional $100 charge for garage or gate opener not returned up checkout.
