This is NOT a Party house
I have a Remodeled three bedroom plus a den.
Sleeps 12.
Great place to spend time with your family friends coworkers .
All brand-new furniture comfortable mattresses Fast Wi-Fi
Netflix and over 50 channels.....
Only 6 miles from Las Vegas Blvd., No Freeway
We have a private pool in the backyard grill and comfortable seating area ....
We have 2 car garage,3 cars can park on the driveway and couple more in front of the house.
Pool heating for a fee WE MUST KNOW at least 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE!
the fee to heat the pool is $75 per day, min 2 days

Make sure to keep all the windows closed when the A/C is on. Keep the A/C thermostat no lower than 74 F.

There were a lot of little things: one bedroom lights didn’t work at all. The host was going to come the following day to fix but it started to work by itself, which is worrisome. Beds were uncomfortable. We changed bedrooms to find more comfortable beds. Privacy film on the master bath was coming off in places. Some of the wall switches didn’t turn on lights in bedrooms. Master shower drain cover wasn’t screwed on. Stuck to my foot when I first got in. No TV instructions. There were 2 remotes and on the last day we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV back on. And notes said they had Netflix but no sign in information to access it. Most of the interior doors squeaked. The fridge door needed extra care closing because the connector thingy didn’t want to go in the slot. Noisy neighbors all hours or the night and morning. Not the hosts fault but it was annoying.

This house is enjoyable

This house was very enjoyable for the short stay we had.Very spacious and comfy a bit out dated as far as furniture goes.The only problem I had during my stay was that the bathtub on one of the bathrooms was clogged up so my party of 11 was down to one shower which made it very difficult for us.The owners response was fast but could not fix the problem on the same day.Some of the beds are now comfy and some still need to have mattresses changed.We enjoyed the pool.

The house was okay.

The beds are terrible. The owner really needs to purchase new mattress. One TV in the whole house and it did not work. Reached out to owner no response. Did not use pool it had a vacuum that took up most of the pool . Hardly no room to swim. Property really needs some work to be done. Very out dated especially for the price per nite that they charge!

The house was clean and very nice and we did enjoy the pool but we did not enjoy the beds, they were old spring mattresses and not comfortable at all. Also online it said there was a king bed but all the larger beds are queens.

Beautiful home perfect for my family.

This house was perfect for my family. The maid was nice and so was the owner and his wife. Communication was on point. We did have a complaint about noise and the wife owner called me, but she was so nice about it. I would definitely book this place again..
