The Deer Valley gondola is just one mile from the townhouse where you can buy tickets and avail of free locker storage and easy parking. In summer, enjoy the beautiful Jordanelle lake with all the great outdoor activities on your doorstep - water-skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, or just sit on the deck and look at the spectacular lake view.

This is truly a year round destination!

I love the California outdoor lifestyle and weather and enjoy hiking, biking, tennis and skiing when I have a chance.

Why they chose this property

The property was purchased pre-construction in 2004. I fell in love with the wonderful lake and mountain views. I loved the proximity to the Deer Crest gondola and also the Jordanelle national park, which is great in the summer! feel like we have 2 different vacation homes as the area looks completely different in summer and in winter. In summer I love to hike and bike and just camp out at the Jordanelle while in winter, you can be on the slopes in a few minutes.
