Welcome to our barrier-free holiday rental. This modern, high-quality apartment in a new building measures 68 square metres and features a large balcony with seating. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Lichtenfels Valley, the Staffelberg, and the lovingly landscaped garden. Here, you can start your day comfortably or wind down at the end of the day. The apartment is fully accessible and ideally suited for wheelchair users. Parking is available right in front of the building. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. In the combined living and kitchen area, there is a comfortable sofa bed available for the fifth and sixth guests. The living room also features a TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, kitchen linens, and many other kitchen utensils). The new bathroom, which features natural light, is equipped with a shower, towel dryer, bidet, and toilet. Wi-Fi access is included in the price. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the house. You’re welcome to use them. There’s also barrier-free access to the beer garden at the adjacent Radspitzstubn. We look forward to welcoming you!
