The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with newer furniture. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of the listing because we found out from the chair/umbrella guy the unit came with 2 chairs and a umbrella set-up daily for our stay. I looked for that in the description and amenities and didn't see it so i purchased chairs and a canopy to bring and we didn't need them. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool and most of the time it was empty. The only complaint would be that the last 2 days of our stay we were awaken before 4 am by our upstairs neighbors stomping and kids running across the floor so if you are a light sleeper and don't mind the extra steps you may want the top floor.
