Over all it was a great trip. Had issues getting to the key to get into the unit. That took a bit of time. Some of the amenities were not like they said. Over all the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Thank you!

Beautiful home but lack of communication

The house is beautiful and in a great location. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and three of the beds not made. We noticed the refrigerator was not keeping food cool. I messaged the property management company and they said someone would be in touch. We had someone call and say they would be there in the next hour. They never showed and we waited three + hours. Luckily it started working. There is little to no water pressure in both showers. We did appreciate all the extras provided for the beach.

Overall, great! Do recommend. We have a few positive suggestions though. Pool was in need cleaning/chemicals - cloudy daily & after 1st storm, filled with debris. Need a 2nd covered outside garbage can - our apologies to the cleaning crew as we had no choice but to leave 2 bags inside. Need more salad forks & teaspoons for littles to use as well as more plastic plates/bowls/cups. A detailed list online as to beach chairs, tents, etc. Info list of what's where and maybe local recs for places to eat (incl. Panama City area) & garbage pick up days & overflow parking. The NO AC for the loft is a definite issue - fans just were not enough - it would be so easy to run a duct from the 2nd floor so there would be a floor vent to this area? We plan to return to MB but prefer to stay beach side next time. Thank you.
