I was originally a little hesitant to rent this property due to there only being one weird review and the management company Avari's not so good reviews but it was a good experience. The room was nice and clean. The beach wasnt too crowded. Everything went well. The only complaints were you only get one parking place, ice maker didn't work, and mold on the ceiling. Avari said there maintenance would take care of the mold and ice maker. Would rent again.
