Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located on 15th floor of Surfside Resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. This unit offers a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bay. Surfside offers the fastest and most reliable internet in the Destin area. Fiberoptic internet connected to each Surfside unit. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo. This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. The master bedroom includes a huge King-Size bed and a connected master bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds with private access to the guest bathroom. Additionally, a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room allows 6 to sleep comfortably in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for your family. With three dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to dine together. You can even enjoy a meal al 'fresco from the balcony while enjoying the gorgeous Miramar beach views.

Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside Resort. Additionally, the private sky walk leads our guests from the pool directly to your private beach chairs and umbrella, included in your stay March - October, on beautiful Miramar Beach. For a convenient day at the beach, the Beach Bar provides refreshing drinks without the need of leaving the ocean and is also a great place to enjoy happy hour and watch a game.

The property and condo were very nice, clean and quiet. Communication with the owner was prompt, polite and she was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. The brown-outs were inconvenient but nothing that she has control over; just be aware they can occur.

Stayed here with my boyfriend who was turning 50 and wanted to do something special for him. Was able to connect with the property manager who connected me with the cleaning woman who laid out faux rose pedals, cake and balloons. He was VERY surprised and felt so appreciative that I was able to do something unexpected for him. I loved the great communication for our stay here and to top it off, it had an amazing view of the ocean, the city, and the sunset. Worth every penny and I will definitely be back to stay at this location whenever I’m in Destin. Highly recommend!!

The best!

We have stayed in many Surfside units over the years and I have to say that this was the best one yet. It is clean, well stocked and the perfect location. Located on the west side and high up offers the best views of the beach and sunsets.

The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

All mostly good. Elevator brokrn delaying us often. Parking was limited due to unauthorized vehicles taking up space for the 4th of July. And washing machine had mold.

Very Comfortable and Great Location

Property was quiet and the location was excellent. The beach was fantastic. Check in was simple and fast. the parking deck has a low clearance so if your truck is lifted be careful pulling in. I would stay in this condo every time i visit Miramar. I LOVED it.

Great Anniversary Week

Location was outstanding. Views of the beach and sunset from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Easy quick access to the beach. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella included made our beach trips so easy. The unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. The host thought of everything with a well stocked closet of beach chairs, toys and other accessories. And a whole range of reading materials in the tv stand.

My family has owned this unit since 1998 and has always been a place of peace and relaxation for us. It was my father's favorite place on earth, and he loved just sitting on the balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the waves and watching all the activity on the beach. Much like my dad, Surfside 1504, is my place of escape and respite and I love being able to share that experience with others.

Originally from Tallahassee, FL, I lived in Nashville for 30 years. I recently relocated back to Tallahassee and have reunited with a childhood friend and now am a stop mom to 4! Rescuing these animals has been a great passion for me, and we currently have 2 dogs and 6 cats. Combine us all and it's a very busy household!

I am a traveling hair and makeup artist and spend much of each month on the road. My partner is a Product Engineer and works from home so we love being able to escape to the beach with (and without) the kids whenever we can.

I hope anyone that stays here can also find peace and relaxation and make special family memories as we have.

Why they chose this property

Nestled on the quiet side of Destin, this was the perfect mix of having conveniences of 100+ restaurants within 1 mile, yet having the peacefulness that can be found in very few areas. Quietly listening at night, only to realize that we could hear nothing but the ocean. Walking on one of the few beaches that feels untouched and natural. Yeah, we had stayed all over Destin and up and down the Florida coastline. It only took once to realize that there was no area that could compare!!!

What makes this property unique

Words can't describe the feelings we have when we spend time at our condo. Being on the Southwest corner, the view of the Sunset cannot be put into words. While we are extremely happy with the renovations that we have done to our second home (including the big HDTV's we purchased so that we didn't miss anything in football season), we hardly spend anytime admiring the inside. It is nearly impossible to leave the patio from sunrise until bedtime. We know you will feel the same!
