Neighbors above us were loud all day/night. The lake was full of lily pads and was unable to fish. The main door was not sealed properly causing daylight to come through all around. Bed also sinks in the middle.

The title is a little misleading “on the beach”, while this quaint condo isn’t “ON” the beach it is a pleasant short walk to get onto the beach. If you have high standards then this isn’t for you. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when the update/renovations are complete. Some cosmetic faults aren’t discouraging for us, but the price should be adjusted until things are in tip top shape. Beware the door keypad to get into the unit is very hot from the sun! The missing curtain for the window insures you’ll be up with the sun for an early start to walk to the pier and shops.During our stay the WiFi wasn’t working on Saturday- which again didn’t affect our stay, but renters should be aware that this service was spotty.The amenities are just fine for a couple who isn’t going to cook! The coffee maker works just fine and there is a second option that offers the pod style if you’re a Kurig user. Loved having the ice maker and plenty of towels! We walked everywhere easily in 10-20 minutes. The back porch is an amazing place to sit and enjoy the lily pads and dragonflies.We didn’t use the pool or grill, but they were very clean. Great impression for my first time to the area!
