This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Ferrera Park holiday complex, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Ferrera.
This lovely and modern apartment features a living room with satellite TV and access to a balcony overlooking the garden and pine trees. The balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee machine. The dining area includes a table and chairs. There is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, where the washing machine is also located. The second bedroom also has two single beds and a separate shower room.
Stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us if you require further information.
The Ferrera Park complex features a beautiful communal swimming pool located directly above the sea. A ladder attached to the rocks provides access to the sea, and sun loungers carved into the rocks invite you to sunbathe. The communal garden is spacious, with shady pine trees and lawns – perfect for relaxation.
Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living area with set and limited usage times.
