Amalfi Coast A305 is a colorful and well-located condo with a wonderful, bright nautical feel and stunning gulf views! Perfect for a shared vacation with friends or family, Amalfi Coast A305 offers a picturesque accommodation for your next vacation to Miramar Beach. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen with upscale blue Corian countertops and stainless-steel appliances with a beautifully-tiled white backsplash that will make cooking a breeze. Then, the entire group can wind down and have a great time in the living area while watching TV or a movie from the DVD collection on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The balcony offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and partial Gulf views; it also comes equipped with an outdoor dining area to spice up your meals. Make sure to visit the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing time, or the shared firepit.

Things to know:

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

The condo , location, facilities, and pools were terrific. The cost was comparable to other condos within the same radius. For the sake of improvement, the communication with codes and access could be streamlined a little better. We eventually had to call to get our door access code, only to find out that it was sent in our email, but it wasn't communicated, transparently. By the way, this was the third year in a row that we have stayed at Amalfi Coast Condominiums.
